Return

uTradia require all Merchants to specify a return policy, whether the policy is to accept returns or not., uTradia guarantee buyers a full refund for items returned within 7 days of purchase.

Buyers can return items if it doesn't match the listing description, and receive full refund.

Some products though have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Refunds

After the Merchant has received your returned item, it can take up to 7 business days to process and refund your money.

Your money would be transferred the same way as you purchased the item. If you purchased the item on Cash on Delivery (COD) we will call you and arrange mobile money transaction.
